She is survived by: her husband Doug Lowry; her daughter Katrina Neal (Rob) of Neola, WV; her siblings, Tom Lilly of Beckley, WV and Debra Jo Bragg of Forest Hill, WV; her grandsons, Austin Smith (Brooke) and Ben Neal; and her great grandchild Alexander Smith.
