He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Eugene Baker and Marcella Medley Baker. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Mischa Carter of Washington, DC and Greg Gibbs (Greg Greenwood) of Bethesda, MD.. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and siblings.
