It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Lee Foster (Hinton, West Virginia), who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mason and Husie Belle Campbell Foster. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Houchins Foster; his children, Cathy Vass (Richard) of Manassas, VA, Cheryl Foster (Rick Frazier) and David Foster of Marie; his grandchildren, Scottie, Alicia, Jacob, Maggie, Daniel and Renae; and his caregiver Nicole Duvall of Marie. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Bowers Hospice House in Beckley.
