He is survived by: his sons, Mike Ratliff (Annette) of Goldsboro, NC, Phillip Ratliff (Juanita) of Catawba, NC, Jeff Ratliff (Jennifer) of Ronceverte, WV and Jody Ratliff of Charleston; and his brother Jerry Ratliff of Covington, GA.. He is also survived by Seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.
