Allen of St. Albans; and her grandchildren, Morgan Allen-Hizer (Tyler Hizer) of St. Albans and Phillip Gage Allen (Bree Allen).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel (130 Temple St, Hinton, WV 25951). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
