He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrew Jackson Hamrick (Happy Jack) and Sarah Lucinda Baldwin Hamrick; his stepbrothers, Elsy, Lacy and Alvie Hamrick; and his siblings, Corley, Ordy, Leemon, Freeman, ODell Hamrick, Bertie Cowger, Effie Cowger, Goldie Tanner, Alta Cutlip, Nettie Cutlip, Betty Pugh and Della Hamrick.
He is survived by: his wife Charlsie Hamrick; his children, Hobert Hamrick and Shirley Kay Lough (Michael); his stepchildren, David Lloyd, Larry Lloyd, Anna Lloyd (Terry Trussel), Rosa Quinn (George), Sandra Eubank (Brian) and Linda Lowther (Max); his grandchildren, Michael Wayne Lough, Matthew Elden Hamrick and Julie Lynn Lough; his stepgrandchildren, Lorina Quinn, Kimberly Quinn, Ashley Spittler (Justin) and Mikaela Taylor (Brandon); and his stepgreat-grandchild Harley Quinn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
