She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl E. "Kit" and Winnie Thompson Toney. She is survived by: her husband William Cumbow; her children, William Cumbow (Barbara) of Scarbro, Patricia Shaffer (Jeff) of Grandview, James Cumbow (LaDonna) of Oak Hill, Shannon Cumbow of Oak Hill, Mark Cumbow (Debbie) of Sanger and Leisa Pennington (Gary) of Pea Ridge; her siblings, Patsy Speca of Baltimore, MD and William Toney of Beuford, NC; and her grandchildren, Kelley Lester (Greg), Larry Cochran, Lori Blake (Jeremy), Heather Rosas (Rolando), Amanda Workman and Jennifer Brubaker (Christopher). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
