He was predeceased by: his father Earnest Carl Payne. He is survived by: his mother Edna Rose Deavers Payne of Mannington; his sisters, Kimberly "Kim" Legette (Tim) of Charleston, SC and Kathy "Kat" Headrick of Bridgeport; his nieces and nephews, Trista Haynes (John) of Charleston, SC, Krista Driggers (Darren) of Charleston, SC, Aaron Headrick of Bridgeport, Caitlynn Headrick of Bridgeport and Connor Headrick of Bridgeport; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rhett Haynes, Sullivan Drigger, Sawyer Driggers, Colton Haynes and Sailor Driggers.
