He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Surbaugh (Wayne) of Grassy Meadows, Wanda Clutter of Frankford and Loman Clutter of Hillsboro; his half-brother Ricky Clutter (Yvonne) of Brogue, PA; his nieces, Raven Clutter, Jessica Barkley, Erica Buzzard (Mark) and Jamie Clutter; his nephew Derrick Clutter; and his great-nephew Brier Buzzard.
