He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Starks and Mary Boblett Starks; and his daughter Barbara Lynn Starks. He is survived by: his wife Doris Ann Dorman Starks; his daughters, Bonnie Lee (John) of Winchester, VA and Lois Ann Wilfong (Charlie) of Hillsboro; and his grandson Charles Hunter Wilfong. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations of sympathy may be made to the Hillsboro Fire Department or the Oak Grove Presbyterian Church.
