She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Spencer and Donna Spencer of Hominy Falls, WV; her husband Coy Stout; her son James Lee Spencer; and her grandson James Spencer.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Edward, Bobby Spender of Summersville, WV and Donna Nolan of Jane Lew, WV; her great grandchildren, Josh, Brett, Jason, Madison, Carmen Spencer and Avery; and her sister Frances. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
