He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fox and Emma Jean Wood Fox; his stepfather Edward Anderson; his former wife Amy Legg Fox; his brothers-in-law, Mitchell Legg, Donald Hall and Jeff Small; his mother-in-law Alice Small; and his niece Stacey Legg Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Andrea Small Fox; his daughter Sheena Fox (Keith Crist); his grandchildren, Keith Crist (Buddy), Kailyn and Jenna Crist; his stepson Jeremy Skaggs (Sarah); his sisters, Karen Lilly (Wayne) of White Pine, TN, Judy Hall of Hico, WV, Roberta Legg (Bobbie) of Ansted, WV, Lisa Anderson (Danny) of Hope Mills, NC and Kathy Fox (Darrell Caldwell) of Lookout, WV; and his brother-in-law John Small (Karen) of Bradley, WV.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to Hopewell Baptist Church, Victor, WV in Robert's memory.
