With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Jones of Hico, West Virginia, who passed away on May 3, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. "Bill" Jones and Audie E. Gray Jones; his sister Nancy Jones; and his half-siblings, Woodrow Jones and Gertrude Hall.
He is survived by: his former spouse Miss Ida Lee Bailes of Mt Nebo; his wife Ida Lee Jones; his children, James A. Jones (Deborah Williamson) and Myra Lynn Jones McKinney (William A. McKinney); and his grandchildren, James A. Jones II, Erin Stone, Jonathan "Indy" Jones, Tanja Lynn Woods and Chelsea Sky Kiblinger.
Facial coverings and social distancing will be observed as mandated by the Governor of the State of WV.
