He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Workman and Irene Workman; his brothers-in-law, Fred Hawkins, Bud Campbell and Elbert Brown; and his nephew Charlie Hawkins.
He is survived by: his wife Mae Workman; his children, Kimberly Caudill (Ralph) of Victor, Donald Breitkreutz (Jenni) of Benton, KS and Brian Breitkreutz of Ansted; his grandchildren, Skyler, Austin, Alex, Emma, Ella, Kaylee and Karlee; and his sister Karla Jill White (Phillip) of Rock, WV. He is also survived by 2 nephews, and a niece.
