Norwood Elkins Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elba Elkins and Mildred Elkins; his wife Ruth Sharon Elkins; and his stepfather Luther Atkins. He is survived by: his children, Brian Elkins (Tracy) of Hewett, John Adkins (Erin) of Charleston, WV and Tawnya Adkins-Covert (Jason) of Macomb, IL; his sister Jewell Doss (Jim) of Charleston, WV; and his niece Angela Perry (Jeff) of North Carolina. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
