He is survived by: his wife Angie Collins of Hewett; his sons, James Jewell (Amanda) of Highpoint, NC, Jesse Jewell of Highpoint, NC and Larry Jewell (Laura) of Highpoint, NC; his siblings, Linda Miller (Bobby) of Chapmanville and David Collins of North Carolina; his close friend Ronnie Gibson; and his parents-in-law, Leroy and Patsy Vickers.
