He is survived by: his wife Donna Caldwell Vest of Hernshaw; his daughter Chrystal Hughes (Bobby) of Chesapeake; his grandchildren, Dustin Hughes (Chasity) of Clendenin and Brianna Hughes of Chesapeake; and his great grandchildren, Bryson and Ryder Hughes.
