He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Holstein and Ollie Holstein. He is survived by: his siblings, Polly Holstein (J. R.) of Dunbar, Ronnie Holstein (Molly) of Tornado and Chris Holstein (Jodie) of Maryland; and his pet Bailey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
