It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Morgan (Hernshaw, West Virginia), who passed away on November 10, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Avory Morgan and Dona Jordan Morgan; and his siblings, George, Bill, Tucker "Tuck", Charles "Chug" Morgan, Betty Meadows and Ruth Matheney.
He is survived by: his son Mark Morgan (Peggy) of Hernshaw; his stepgrandson Chad Smith of Chesapeake; and his brother Richard Morgan of Columbus, OH..
