He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Tilley and Sarah Brinegar Tilley; and his siblings, Dale, Frank, Iona, Clarence, Shirley, Velma and Ruby.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Tilley; his son Brian Alan Tilley; and his brothers, Luther Tilley and Tommy Tilley.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the New Hope Old Regular Baptist Church (2229 Bud Mountain Rd, Herndon, WV 24726).
