He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond O. Baker and Lucille M. Stout Baker; his sister Robin Baker; and his grandparents, Presley, Mable Baker, William and Estie Stout.
He is survived by: his sons, William L. Baker Jr. and Timothy D. Baker of Shinnston; his granddaughter Giana Williams; his siblings, Raymond Baker Jr. (Kim) of West Milford, Michael Baker of Haywood and Traci Gregory (Mark) of Haywood; and his friend Howie Lawson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
