He is survived by: his parents, Roy Franklin and Patricia Jean Sherepita Short of Hepzibah; his daughter Daylee Mae Short of Hepzibah; and his grandmother Pauline Medeni of Sarasota, FL. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
