He is survived by: his wife Rosemary "Carol" Stoica Brown; his brothers, Ronald Brown (Rosemary) of Grantsville and Danny Brown of Fries, VA; his goddaughter Abbey Stoica; and his brothers-in-law, Steven Stoica (Marie) and David Stoica (Amy).
