She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ashton and Mildred Alice Lindsey Roberts; her siblings, Carol Sue Carr, Isabelle "Ding" Flanagan, Doris Curless, Charles Allen Roberts, Frank Dale Roberts and Don Roberts; and her husband Ernie Winton.
She is survived by: her sons, James Frank Bowley II of Hendricks, WV, Scott Wesley Bowley (Sarah) of Parsons, WV, Robin Tracy Bowley (Kim) of Hambleton, WV and Todd Allen Bowley (Missy) of Hendricks, WV; and her close friend Nita Upton of Oakland, MD..
