Akins (Donna) of Hendricks, WV and Nancy E. Oldaker (Tim) of Hendricks; his grandchildren, Elizabeth N. Akins (Milan) of Hendricks, Steven Oldaker of Hendricks and Nicholas S. Akins of Oxford, MS; his great grandchild Shelby Holden Shrader; and his siblings, John W., Tony L. Akins and Mary Jeanette Stark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
