He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer A. Kisner, Sr. and Margaret Everett Kisner; his daughter Chrissy Triplett; his brother Elmer A. Kisner, Jr.; his half-brothers, Greg Brake and Randy Brake; and his former wife Judith Meadows.

He is survived by: his wife Bobbi Lynn Hockman; his daughter Garilee Mallow (William) of Montrose; his grandchildren, Arial Mallow (Alex) of Lumberport, Jasmine Mallow of Morgantown, Brayden of Lucas, AJ, Avery of Montrose and Hazel of Montrose; his stepdaughter Barbara Curtis (Brad); and his half-siblings, Phil Brake of Elkins and Juanita of Virginia.
