He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Russell Bolinger, Sr. and Catherine Josephine Huffman Bolinger; his sisters, Sandra Kay Pennington and Grace Ann Lee; and his brother-in-law Phil Hebb.
He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Lowther; his children, Samuel J. R. Bolinger of Hendricks, Kasie Buckley of Fairmont, Joshua Buckley (Shana) and Jedediah Buckley (Mandy) of Morgantown; his siblings, Lakin Lee Bolinger (Sloana) of Parsons, Richard Dick Bolinger (Willetta) of Parsons, Betty Jean Hebb of Ohio, Virginia Mae Carr (Lowell) of Hendricks, Flodie Louise Lawrence of Hendricks, Ruby Jeanette McCrum (Mike) of Parsons and Mary Frances Booth (Daniel) of Mackeyville; his brothers-in-law, Carl Lee and Larry Pennington of Hendricks; and his grandchildren, Shelby, Waylon Buckley, Gabriel, Caleb and Logan. He is also survived by great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
