He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Dorman Carr and Mary Jane Hardy Carr; and his sister Darlene Simmons. He is survived by: his former wife Elaine Faye Davis Carr; his daughter Madeline Elaine Cale (Scott) of Parsons; his siblings, Roger L. Carr (Ruth) of Parsons, Homer D. Carr (Kay) of Hambleton and Janet Poling (Bill) of Parsons; his wife Mandy; and his pet Scott.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hostetler Funeral Home (225 Walnut St, Parsons, WV 26287). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
