She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas "Pete" Mitchell and Betty Jane Mitchell (Likens); and her siblings, Shelia Lynn Moore and Granville D. "Pete" Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband Clarence "Dusty" Chapman of Henderson; her daughter Crystal Gail Chapman of Henderson; her grandchildren, Alexis Gail Chapman of Henderson and Kaden Michael Durst of Henderson; her sisters, Carolyn Wamsley (Robert) of Gallipolis Ferry and Mary Jane Fisher (Charles) of Delaware, OH; and her sister-in-law Sandra Sue Mitchell of Henderson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
