He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Eugene "Ham" Likens and Della Marie Likens (Roush); and his brother-in-law Larry R. Ogier. He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Louise Ogier of Point Pleasant, Connie Sue Hoffman of Point Pleasant, Shirley Birchfield (John) of Gallipolis Ferry and Mark Leach of Gallipolis Ferry. He is also survived by one son and two stepdaughters; several grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home (2226 Jackson Ave, Point Pleasant, WV 25550). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
