She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Rakes and Sarah Rakes; her husband Floyd Joe Mullins; her siblings, Carolyn Kidd, Priscilla Morgan, Mary Rose, Ted and Gary Rakes; and her sons-in-law, David Blackburn and Jeffery Boyer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Hale (Bebo) of Hemphill, Joann Boyer (Jeff) of Hemphill, Teresa Blackburn (David) of Hemphill and Tina Prevento (Samuel) of Hemphill; and her grandchildren, Misty Disney (Brandon), Joe Joe Mullins (Kristy), David Boyer (Shawnta), Braylin, Little Sam and Shasta Prevento. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hemphill Holiness Church. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
