He was predeceased by: his siblings, Norman Burky (Gwendaline), Herbert Burky (Hazel), Edward Burky and Irene Burky Snyder (Clair); and his siblings-in-law, John Fincham (Bessie), Gatewood Fincham, Paul Fincham (Ruth), Gary Bonnett, Verna Culbertson, Nancy Mathes, Alma Cave, Olive Farrar and Charolette Carr.
He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Burky Kramer (Harry) of Elkins and Sandra Burky of Helvetia; his sister Alice Phillips of Bluffton, SC; his siblings-in-law, Truman Fincham (Nancy), Hollis "Preach" Farrar, Eugene "Gene" Cave, Rodney Carr, Arlene Lanham (William "Wink"), Sharon Bonnett and Patricia Fincham; his granddaughters, Kadra Casseday (Adam), Karly Wallace (J. C.) and Kary McAtee (Justin); his great grandchildren, Vernon and Norman Casseday; and also Diane Culbertson Fielden. He is also survived by friends, and lots of music on his Grandpa.
