William Sine Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Sine (Hedgesville, West Virginia), who passed away on July 11, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Sine and Beatrice Hess Sine. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Bell Sine; his children, William M. Sine and Tina L. Twigg; his stepchildren, Kevin and Kimberly Kessecker; his granddaughter Brianna Sine; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler, Kevin, Jr., Parker and Gracie Kessecker; and his siblings, Michael Sine, Joann Drummond, Debra Cole and Sharon Barr.
