He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Dorsey, Jr. and Margaret Dorsey (Sausman). He is survived by: his wife Honora Helen Dorsey (Gehret); his children, Joseph S. Dorsey (Teresa) and Michelle M. Witmer (Michael); his sisters, Audrey Chrise and Luella J. Parker (Dave); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Tanner Dorsey, McKenzie and Madison Witmer; and his great grandchildren, Maisie and Makenna Witmer.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (327 W King St, Martinsburg, WV 25401). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
