She was predeceased by: her parents, Stewart Clingerman and Ethel Jerome Clingerman; her husband Garfield Shipe; her former husband Daniel Carbaugh; and her grandson Ricky Snow.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Fiddler (Larry) of Winchester, VA, Patricia Snow of Hagerstown, MD, Lori Cross (Bobby) of Needmore, PA and Daniel Carbaugh of Chambersburg, PA; and her close friend Kenny Burns. She is also survived by three grandsons and one granddaughter.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grove-Rogowski Funeral Home (141 W Main St, Hancock, MD 21750). Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Union Cemetery (17591 Great Cove Rd, Mcconnellsburg, PA 17233).
