He was predeceased by: his parents, Asbury Mullinix and Lillian Mullinix; his daughter Melissa Ann; and his grandson Ryan James Sauer. He is survived by: his wife Ann Warfield Mullinix; his child Hillary Allison (Mullinix); his grandson Nicolas Sauer (Heather); his great grandchildren, Lucas and Benjamin Sauer; and his sister Eileen Day (Calvin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
