She is survived by: her parent Izora Mae Dolan; her husband Leonard "Breezy" Breeback; her children, Warren Craig Forquer (Penny), Darwin Roy Forquer and Blanche Caroline Kelley of Falling Waters; her stepchildren, Francis A. Breeback of Baltimore, MD and Cindy Meehan of Baltimore, MD; her brother John Dolan of Baltimore, MD; and her friend Barbara Forquer. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
