He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Hubert Watring, Sr. and Betty Lou Mayles Watring; and his nephew Edgar Watring. He is survived by: his wife Linda Cheryl Walters Watring; his children, Mark A. Watring and Lori A. Watring; his granddaughter Destiny J. Watring; his brothers, Edward M. Watring (Pat) and Hubert E. Watring, Jr. (Sandy); his sister-in-law Karen D. Deaner (Alan); his mother-in-law Ruby Madeline Walters Powell; and his nieces and nephews, Kim Wilder, Tom Watring, Hube Watring, Joe Watring, Susan Watring and Keith Deaner.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Independent Bible Church Missions Fund or Hospice of the Eastern Panhandle.
