He is survived by: his grandsons, Joshua Thomas Flanagan II and Noah Thomas Flanagan; his brother Benjamin "Ben" Flanagan (Glenna "Dawn" Cassidy) of Huttonsville; and his partner Pamlin "Pam" Childs.
A graveside service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Valley Head Cemetery.
