He is survived by: his children, Amber Allen (Robert) of Mercersburg, PA, April Biesecker (Seth Spessard) of Hagerstown, MD and Robert Barnard Jr. (Angie) of Mercersburg, PA; his brothers, Corey Barnard of Rexburg and Zeke Barnard of Inwood, WV; and his nieces and nephews, Arin Meinschein and David Barnand.
