It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Paxton (Hedgesville, West Virginia), born in Fairmont, West Virginia, who passed away on November 14, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Leo Paxton and Catherine Mae Hulderman Paxton. He is survived by: his son Lawrence Shelburn Paxton of Wake Forest, NC; and his brother David Paxton of Hedgesville.
