He is survived by: his wife Debra S Luttrell; his son Travis Luttrell (Jessika) of Martinsburg; his stepchildren, Eric Wilson, Dawn Martinez, Billy Wasson and Stephanie Wasson (Joe); his grandchildren, Bryce and Nevaeh Luttrell; and his siblings, Brenda K. Claywell of Martinsburg and Paul D. Luttrell of Inwood. He is also survived by 7 step grandchildren.
