The passing of Regina Helen Howard of Hedgesville, West Virginia leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 25, 2025 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Norman Wiest, Jr. and Helen Josephine Eline Wiest. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth E. Howard (Arlene Beard), Joseph K. Howard, Mary B. Shriner (David) and Amy Castillo (Joe); her grandchildren, Lindsey, Joshua, Bethany, William, Matthew, Andrew, Luci, Tina and Hannah; and her siblings, James Wiest (Sheila), Mary Medicus (George) and Anita Wiest (Pat Donnelly). She is also survived by four great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Eyler's Valley Chapel (7504 Hampton Valley Rd, Emmitsburg, MD 21727).
