He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Richard Ballou; his sister Rebecca; and his uncle Larry Clark. He is survived by: his parents, Marvin Bailey and Lorraine Bailey (Clark); his wife Laura Bailey (Ballou); his sons, Zachary Bailey and Samuel Bailey of Iowa City; his sisters, Regenia Bailey (Jay Berry) of Iowa City and Reva Jones (Jon) of Wisconsin; his mother-in-law Sandy Ballou; and his nephew Spencer Jones.
