She was predeceased by: her parent Edgar Price; and her siblings, John Price and Elsie Locke. She is survived by: her parent Catherine Mauck Price; her husband Kenneth William Franklin; her children, Carl W. Franklin (Shelley), Richard W. Franklin (Ashley Omps) and Tammy Litten; and her siblings, Charles Price, James Price, Betty Estepp and Charlotte Painter. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
