Paul Payne Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2018, at the age of 48, Paul Payne (Hedgesville, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul Emory Payne, Sr, Woodrow Rudy and Pearl Hisghman of Hedgesville. He is survived by: his parents, Paul Payne and Ruth Payne; his grandparent Twila Payne of Hedgesville; his wife Cheli Spurgeon Payne; his daughters, Desiree, Miranda and Taryn; his sister Tammie Knepper; his brother-in-law David Knepper; and his pets, Ammo, Remington and Ruger. He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews; numerous cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Berkeley County Humane Society in honor of Randy's love for animals.
