He was predeceased by: his parents, James Earl and Obie Dial Napier; and his siblings, Earl, Arnold Napier, James Hobert Napier and Marcia Young.
He is survived by: his wife Darla DeHaven Napier; his children, James Napier (Kelly) and Susan Cookus (Matthew); his grandchildren, Nicole Napier, Joshua Napier, Alexis Cookus and Bryce Cookus; his siblings, Kenny Napier, Barbara Little, Lillian Walling, Ruby Adkins and Linda Shirley; and his mother-in-law Mona Jean DeHaven.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Tomahawk Christian Church, 12896 Back Creek Valley, Hedgesville, WV 25427.
