He was predeceased by: his parents, George Branson Fuss and Agnes Mae Richard Fuss; and his siblings, Richard D. Fuss, Shirley Carter, LaDonna Courtney and Norma J. Lloyd.
He is survived by: his wife Hilda Pearl Payne Fuss; his children, Gerald P. Fuss (Vikki) of Bunker Hill, Jeffrey T. Fuss (Rebecca) of Martinsburg, Judy Custer (Edwin) of Martinsburg and Patty Custer (Dan) of Hedgesville; and his siblings, Robert W. Fuss of Hedgesville, Carol Rankin of Berkeley Springs, Marjorie Braswell of Martinsburg and Linda K. Fuss of Hedgesville. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
