She is survived by: her children, Richard Starliper (Trudi) of Berkeley Springs, Joey Starliper (Lisa) of Berkeley Springs, Susan Starliper of Hedgesville and Erin Hook (Jason) of Hedgesville; her grandchildren, Tommy Price, Lance Hovermale, Stephanie Cox (Ricky), Katie Starliper, Brady Price (Jordan Higginbotham), Rosie Starliper (Jacob Murray), Rebecca Starliper (Tyler Clark), Hunter, Paige, Ava and Christian Hook; her great grandchildren, Saylor Price and Ellie Cox; her grandson Kevin Price of Hedgesville; her brother Asher Fox (Delores) of Hedgesville; her siblings-in-law, Daisy Fox of Hedgesville, Judy Fox of Delaware, Patsy Starliper of Morgantown, Gary Starliper (Connie) of Hedgesville and Michael Starliper (Shirl) of Hedgesville; her niece Linda Winkler of Hedgesville; her close friends, Alverda Schetrompf and Mary Good; and her husband Harry Starliper, Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
