She was predeceased by: her parents, James D. Smith and Mary Ann Shackelford (Lemen); and her granddaughter Gwynne Hess. She is survived by: her husband Donald Weller; her children, Justin Shade (Megan), Cody Hess and Tabitha Barrett (Kirk); her stepdaughter Ladonna; and her brother James "Colonel" Smith (Chrissy).
